It was an ugly winter for Phillies fans who were paying attention. The team needed to stand pat in its starting rotation with the exception of saying goodbye to Roy Oswalt. A rotation of Roy Halladay, Cliff Lee, Cole Hamels filled out with some combination of Worley, Kendrick and Joe Blanton will be a very good basis for the team.
